CLASS POLICIES

Quilters Loft Class Policies:

Pre-registration and class fees are required to register. You will not be placed on the class roster until your fees are paid.  We consider your enrollment to be a commitment to our teachers, so please check class dates and your own calendar carefully before registering.  Our teachers put a considerable amount of effort to prepare classes for you.   

Be sure to pick up the items on your supply list prior to class, so you can be prepared to start at once.  Please purchase your supplies from the Quilters Loft so we can continue to provide classes for you.  We give a 10% discount for your class supplies and on the day of class (excludes class fees, sale fabrics, gift cards)

When signing up for a class, please be aware the instructors are helping you learn a new technique and/or how to put blocks of a quilt together. 

For most classes you will get a few blocks completed, and not an entire quilt.

Please come at least 10 minutes early so you are prepared and set up before class starts, with any pre-work completed before your class starts.  We do our utmost to start class on time. 

Please turn off/silence your cell phone so that it does not disturb the other students, and you can get the most out of your class.   If you must use your cell phone please do so in the outside hallway.

Children and pets are not permitted in the classroom, unless the class is specific for children (summer camps).

CANCELLATION POLICY

Many of our classes have wait lists. To receive store credit for any cancellation, we must be notified no less than 72 hours in advance, so we may offer your space to another student. We will be unable to give store credit with less than 72 hours notice.  We notify our teachers that their class has "made" 72 hours before class, and the number of students.  This is a commitment to our teachers.  “No Show” will forfeit all fees.

For Special Events:  Please check your schedule carefully before you sign up for a special event with a Guest Educator.   If there is a wait list, and we can fill your spot, we will give you store credit, if the space is filled by another attendee.
