CLASSES MAY TO SEPTEMBER 2017

Nature's Treasures Series
Saturday May 6,June 3, 1:30 to 4:30p
Class Fee: $35
Instructor: Susan Edmonson

Do you know the story of Prayer Flags.  If not, it is very interesting.  They   were hung in doorways to bless all who passed under them as they fluttered in the breeze.  The idea of Nature Prayer Flag is perfect since Nature is so fragile and fades away before our eyes.  Susan is hoping these little blessings will help perserve all the beautiful aspects for us to enjoy.

These flags are fun and hand stitched!  You could use a sewing machine but for class we will just be doing handwork.  The embellishments will make them very special and lovely to hang on a wall or a doorway of your home.  Susan will teach you many embroidery stitches, embellishments and simple ways to put these little flags together by adding bits of lace and trims.
