Shop Small this Holiday Season!

Got shopping to do?    Think "Small" this holiday season.  Did you know that you can get so many wonderful things in Downtown Mooresville?  And when you shop "Big Box" only 15% of what you spend actually supports the community you live in, and when you support that local "Mom and Pop" Small business, more than 50% stays in the community where you live??

Need a new bead or charm for your Pandora Bracelet?  Just pop into Alexander Zachary, they have a complete Pandora store!  there is no need to go to the mall!

Oh and did you lose your Pandora Bracelet a few months ago?  We have one that was found on our front steps.........if you can identify it..........we will give it back to you!  It looks like a very special piece. We thought we found the owner, but it wasn't hers.
Need some great home made treats for your holiday feast....try the Black Velvet Patisserie. Need candy.....try Sugar Pops for that "old fashioned reminder of years past, including hard to find sodas, from our youth!

Need something for the man in your life?  Try John Franklin, a unique mens wear store and shoes!  A step back in time to the way it was, to be fitted for your clothes! A gentleman's store with service to match!

Have you tried the Enchanted Olive.......they have a tasting bar that offers you the ability to sample over 50 different varieties of our extra virgin olive oils, balsamic vinegars and specialty oils. More than top quality olive oils and balsamic vinegars, The Enchanted Olive offers gourmet sea salts from around the world, gourmet mustards, and spices.

Did you know Mooresville has a very famous photographer, painter and author downtown?   Check out Cotton Ketchie's Landmark Galleries.  Home to award winning, nationally known artist "Cotton Ketchie". In addition to "Cotton's" original watercolors, limited edition prints and spectacular photography, the gallery also features pottery.

Looking for unique gifts?  Try the Tropical Connection, D.E. Turner Hardware, Copycat consignment, Ain't Miss Bead Haven, and more!!  Turner Hardware sells radio flyer wagons and bikes!

Good eats in downtown........Bob's Grill, open til 2, recently in Our State Magazine as a place to stop.  Pie in the Sky for the Best Pizza and subs in town!!  Local places, not chains.....

OH!  I nearly forgot to mention that we have two very special wine shops in downtown, 202 N Main and Thistle Meadow Wines !  And a great coffee shop HeBrews!

And there is oh so much more!  Not sure where something is....check out the It's Happening Downtown website!   http://www.downtownmooresville.com/

Or stop in and ask us.......we seem to be the tourist info center already, so we are all set to answer your questions on where to find something special!
